Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) is an over-the-counter medication to help people quit smoking cigarettes. Using NRT is the standard recommended way of reducing the discomfort from symptoms associated with nicotine withdrawal when trying to quit smoking. NRT acts as a temporary substitute for the nicotine from tobacco products, and you can gradually taper down the dose of NRT to reduce the amount of nicotine entering your body until you stop using NRT!!

Although we’ve been keeping our doors closed this year due to the pandemic, we wanted to find a way to spread joy and good vibes from afar. At some of our earliest popups, we had a station where visitors could write a postcard to someone and our team would put a stamp on it and mail it off as a way of sending good vibes directly out of the museum.
