If you or a friend or perhaps a loved one has been diagnosed with breast cancer, living with secondary breast cancer or has had breast cancer surgery, please request the kit that applies to you: My Journey Kit- My Journey Kit is a free, information pack that can help you work through the shock of diagnosis and can help you make decisions on your treatment and care; Hope & Hurdles resource is designed for women who have been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer. It has been developed through extensive consultation with women living with secondary breast cancer, and those who treat and care for them: My Care Kit is available free of charge to women in Australia who undergo surgery for breast cancer, and is distributed via Health Professionals enrolled in the My Care Kit program.
